We hope you love your WOODS VOICE pieces but, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing the items are undamaged and in their original packaging.

WOODS VOICE is not liable for any lost items.
Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.  Shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

For hygienic reasons we are unable to offer exchanges unless the item you need is different size (rings only).

All rings are eligible for exchange for a different size (not a different style) within 30 days. All other pieces can be returned for a refund. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you like!

Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original package.

Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe.

Personalized, engraved or custom pieces are not eligible for a return or exchange.
